This service allows customers to submit suggestions and ideas related to the Establishment’s work across various areas, such as the services provided, service delivery methods, work environment, and staff performance. The Establishment carefully reviews and evaluates these suggestions and responds regarding the possibility of their implementation.

الشروط والمتطلبات

• Accepted suggestions must fall strictly within the scope of the Emirates Drug Establishment’s jurisdiction. Personal information must be provided accurately and completely, including Emirates ID number, email address, contact number, related service name, and application number (if applicable). The suggestion must be submitted clearly and in detail to facilitate effective review and evaluation.
