About the Service
The service enables the Companies and investors in the health, health products and pharmaceutical sectors to get destruction permission for medical products and equipment.
Service Process
- Log in using UAE PASS to start the service.
- Fill out the application form.
- Attach the required documents.
- Pay the fees.
- Submit the application.
- Coordinate for a facility visit or conduct a self-inspection.
- Issue the electronic destruction permit.
- Attach the destruction certificate issued by the municipalities to the system by the applicant.
Conditions & Requirements
- The customer must make the amendment within 5 working days
- The quantities to be destroyed must be identical to reality.
- Product classes must be specified during application submission.
- Destruction letter issued by municipility's should be provided in the system once the destruction process is done
