A service that enables customers to submit their suggestions and ideas related to the Establishment’s work in various areas, such as the services provided, the method of delivery, the work environment, or staff performance. The Establishment reviews and evaluates these suggestions and responds to customers regarding their feasibility for implementation.

Service Process

When applying through the website:

• Log in using UAE PASS to start the service.
• Fill out the application form.
• Attach the required documents.
• Submit the Suggestions..
• The customer is informed of the proposed resolution after the suggestion has been reviewed.
• Close the suggestion after taking the necessary actions.

Conditions & Requirements

• Suggestion shall be strictly limited to topics that fall within the scope of the Emirates Drug Establishment’s mandate.
• Personal information must be provided accurately and completely, including: Emirates ID number, email address, contact number, the service related to the inquiry, and the request number (if applicable).
• Please provide a clear and detailed description of the suggestion to facilitate its review and effective evaluation,

Required Documents

• Submission of any supporting documents that contribute to a comprehensive review of the suggestion, such as: Emirates ID, passport, medical report, healthcare professional license, facility license, or any other relevant documents.
• Provide the following basic information: • Name of the suggestion submitter • Contact number • Email address • Details of the suggestion • Name of the related service • Request number (if available).
