This service enables the issuance of a license to a pharmaceutical establishment to store and possess medical products or pharmaceutical raw materials and supplies ,for the purpose of importation or distribution (Medical Warehouse), or for the re-export of medical products (Medical Warehouse for Re-Export).

• Log in using UAE PASS to start the service.
• Fill out the application form.
• An approval will be issued for local citizen owner.
• Apply for Initial Inspection.
• Pay the fees.
• Submit the Initial approval request.
• Proceed with finalizing the license requirements from relevant government departments, such as Civil Defense and etc..
• Submission of applications for licensing (pharmacists) by the Ministry of Health and Prevention.
• Adding a Biomedical engineer by the Emirates Drug Establishment (for warehouses whose activities are limited to medical equipment only).
• Apply for final inspection.
• Pay the fees.
• Submit the final approval request.
• Attach the required documents.

• The following technical and health conditions must be met in pharmaceutical facilities:
• In case of submitting an application for a medical warehouse license, the applicant should follow 'Circular No. 90 of 2021 of Federal Law No. 8 of 2019 regarding medical products', the pharmacy profession, and pharmaceutical facilities.

• Owner details for Owner Profile Check by providing a copy of the owner’s valid passport and Emirates ID, and a copy of the Family Book (if the owner is a UAE national, )in addition to completion of the “Owner introductory statements Form
• Primary Inspection approval
• Copy of Affection plan attested by the Municipality
• Copy of the establishment lease agreement
• Copy of the trade name reservation
• Final inspection:
• Submission of an application for final inspection through the system.
• Final approval (issue facility license):
• Licensed pharmacist by MOHAP
• Copy of trade license issued by the Department of Economic Development
• Copy of certificate of conformity with preventive safety requirements issued by Civil Defense
