Service Process

When applying through the website:

  • Log in using UAE PASS to start the service.
  • Fill out the application form.
  • Attach the required documents.
  • Submit your Complaints or Feedback.
  • The customer is informed of the proposed resolution after the comment or complaint has been reviewed.
  • The comment or complaint is closed after taking the necessary actions.

Conditions & Requirements

  • Complains shall be strictly limited to topics that fall within the scope of the Emirates Drug Establishment’s mandate.
  • Personal information must be provided accurately and completely, including: Emirates ID number, email address, contact number, the service related to the inquiry, and the request number (if applicable).
  • The text of the complain must be submitted clearly and in detail.
