Issue of a Certificate of a Pharmaceutical Product for Export

About the Service

This service allows pharmaceutical manufacturers inside the UAE to apply for a pharmaceutical product certificate for exporting such products.

Service Process

• Log in using UAE PASS to start the service.
• Fill out the application form.
• Attach the required documents.
• Pay the fees.
• Submit the application.
• Issue of a Certificate of Pharmaceutical Product for Export Purposes.

Conditions & Requirements

• It is required that pharmaceutical product certificates for locally manufactured medicinal products shall be valid for one year from the date of issuance, provided that the product registration validity does not exceed five years.

Required Documents

• Product composition certificate, including the active and inactive substances and their quantities, signed and stamped by the authorized person
• Insert leaflet of the product, approved by the Emirates Drug Establishment, and signed and stamped by the authorized person
