conditions-and-requirements

• The establishment must have license for the production and trade of agricultural inputs that includes the activity of trading fertilizers and agricultural conditioners (wholesale trade of chemical fertilizers and agricultural conditioners / wholesale trade of organic fertilizers and agricultural conditioners) or the activity of manufacturing fertilizers and agricultural conditioners (manufacture of organic fertilizers an of cd agricultural conditioners, manufacturing chemical fertilizers) or accreditation of a unit for producing and trading farm waste fertilizers
• The product to be imported must be registered with the EDE for the company.
• In case of restricted fertilizer an export approval should be taken from EDE and Ministry of Interior. In the case of restricted fertilizers, security approval for export must be obtained by EDE from the Ministry of Interior.
• The export/ re export permit shall be used only once and shall be valid for one month from the date of issue.
• Issuing Phytosanitary certificate shall be granted at the request of the establishment in accordance with the procedures adopted in the Ministry of climate change and Environment.

• An application for a phytosanitary certificate application must submit a request via the electronic system on the Ministry website to issue a plant health certificate and pay the prescribed fees.
• No objection letter from the importing country for restricted fertilizer.
• A list of contents showing the types and quantities of goods exported.
• A certificate of origin with each consignment.
