Issue of a Single Medical Product Pricing Certificate

This service allows customers to apply for a single product pricing certificate for pharmaceutical companies that have registered pharmaceutical products for import and marketing within the UAE.

• Log in using UAE PASS to start the service.
• Fill out the application form.
• Attach the required documents.
• Pay the fees.
• Submit the application.
• Issue the pricing certificate for a single medical product

conditions-and-requirements

• Approval of the Pharmaceutical Pricing Committee shall be required.
• Completion of all registration requirements shall be required.
• Submission of a Price Certificate in accordance with the requirements of Article (3) of the Pricing Rules shall be required, provided that the certificate:
• Is issued by the manufacturer or the marketing authorization holder, duly signed and stamped.
• Is attested by the Emirates Drug Authority, the Ministry of Economy, the Chamber of Commerce in the country of origin, or their equivalent.
• Is attested by the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in the country of origin; in the absence of such an embassy, attestation may be accepted from one of the embassies of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. (GCC products are exempted from the requirement of UAE Embassy attestation of the Price Certificate).
• Submission of a certificate stating the reasons for the re-pricing of a single medical product shall be required.
