This service allows customers to obtain an advertising license for a pharmaceutical establishment across various advertising platforms (printed, audio, video, social media, and website).

when-applying-through-the-website

• Log in using UAE PASS to start the service.
• Fill out the application form.
• Attach the required documents.
• Pay the application fees.
• Submit the application.
• Upon approval of the advertisement, the customer pays the advertisement fees.
• The customer mention / print the advertisement license number on the approved designs based on the approval date and the license expiry.

conditions-and-requirements

• This application is not valid for advertising campaigns of health services, awareness campaigns which are not related to product , online pharmacy permits, and similar initiatives.
• An advertising license from Emirates Drug Establishment does not exempt the establishment from complying with the requirements imposed by the authorities regarding services and products in advertising.

• The Advertised Design based on the selected mode of media (Printed advertisement image - video storyboard - audio script, ...).
• Add the supporting document according to the type of medical declaration.
