This service allows customers to submit applications to obtain a permit to import medical products from outside the country for a specific period for the purpose of displaying them in exhibitions, forums and health conferences and then re-exporting them outside the country. These products are not permitted to be traded within the country (sale or use, distribution, or disposal).

• The purchase invoice must include details of the country of origin, batch/serial number, and production and expiry dates.
• Products may only be displayed at the exhibition specified in the import permit, and their regulatory status in the country must be disclosed, as they are solely for exhibition purposes and not intended for use, sale, or distribution.
• Advertising of medical exhibition products in local media is not permitted.
• The import of products containing alcohol, internationally prohibited substances, or ingredients subject to control by the Emirates Drug Establishment (such as precursor chemicals, narcotics, psychotropic substances, tissues, human or animal blood, or products containing other biological components) is strictly prohibited.
• The sale, use, or distribution of exhibition products is strictly prohibited.
• Medical products must be re-exported to the country of origin outside the UAE immediately after the conclusion of the exhibition.

• A pledge from the importer to re-export the products after the end of the exhibition or conference and a declaration not to sell, use or distribute them in the local market
• An invoice for the included products issued by the factory (manufacturer) or the distributor authorized by the manufacturer with proof of the relationship between them
• Information or catalogue of the products to be displayed
• Quality certificate for the manufacturer of the product and product quality certificates (EC & ISO or FDA Certificate)
• Import permit from the Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulation (FANR) - to import diagnostic radiation devices that emit ionizing radiation (X-rays and gamma rays) Example: radiology, medical imaging and radiation therapy devices.
• Commercial license for the intermediary company or importer
• Freight bill and documents related to the shipment with proof of shipping in good conditions according to the manufacturer's recommendation.
