• Submit the application for initial approval

• The following technical and health conditions must be met in pharmaceutical facilities

• Initial Approval:
• Copy of the Memorandum of Association of the marketing office or its Article of Association
• Official and legalized representation document authorizing the Marketing Office to represent the registered Marketing Authorization Holder (the applying Marketing Office must be a representative of a registered Marketing Authorization Holder in the Emirate Drug Establishment)
• Copy of the owner’s valid passport and Emirates ID, and a copy of the Family Book for the owner (if the owner is a UAE national)
• Completion of the “Owner introductory statements Form
• Copy of the tenancy contract of the marketing office
• Copy of the engineering drawing of the office’s site approved by a consultant
• Initial inspection of the marketing office
• Final approval (Issue Facility License):
• Licensed pharmacist in charge of the marketing office
• Copy of the commercial license issued by the Department of Economic Development or the licensing authority in free zones
• Civil Defense Certificate
• Final inspection report
