This service allows the renewal of the registration of fertilizers or agricultural soil conditioners for the purpose of importation from outside the country, local production, and trade in the market.

• Log in using UAE PASS to start the service.
• Fill out the application form.
• Attach the required documents.
• Pay the fees.
• Submit the application.
• Issue Registration of fertilizers and agricultural conditioners Certificate.

conditions-and-requirements

• The Facility wishing to register fertilizer or agricultural conditioners shall have a valid License for the Production and Trade of Agricultural Inputs to carry out an activity issued by the Emirates Drug Establishment. Or The Facility wishing to register fertilizer or agricultural conditioners shall have a valid License issued by the Emirates Drug Establishment.
• The establishment may import the product / products from any branch of the producing or exporting company mentioned in the product registration certificate.
• If the product registered as an input to organic production, the UAE brand (organic, organic) must be placed on the product packaging.

• A certificate of registration issued by the competent authority in the country of origin, or a certificate/letter from the competent authority in the country of origin or from one of the OECD member states proving that it is allowed to be therein if it is not registered in the country of origin.
• A letter of authorization (NOC) from the producer or exporter company issued to the local company to allow the registration and circulation of fertilizer and agricultural conditioner in UAE.
• A valid certificate issued by the Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology (Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology), or from a certifying body applying the (European or US or Japan) organic production standards, stating that the product is authorized for use in organic production.
