• Fill out the application form.
• Attach the required documents

conditions-and-requirements

• Establishments requiring to export must have a valid license as follow:
• Export of veterinary medicines / veterinary vaccines / narcotics and veterinary control.
• For holders of the following licenses: (Veterinary Pharmaceutical Warehouse or Veterinary Pharmaceutical Preparations Factory)
• Export of feed additives or nutritional supplements:
• For holders of the following licenses: Food supplement trading and manufacturing activities that include the activity of importing and exporting supplements - feed additives or a food supplement factory - feed additives, or a veterinary facility license that includes the activity of a veterinary pharmaceutical warehouse.
• Export of honey bee food and nutritional supplements:
• For holders of the following licenses: (Agricultural activity for the activity of trading and trading in honeybees / Food supplement trading and manufacturing activities that include the activity of importing and exporting supplements - feed additives, or a veterinary facility license that includes Veterinary pharmaceutical warehouse activity.
