This service allows customers to obtain an advertisement license for a medical product through various advertising platforms (printed, audio, video, social media, website).

• Log in using UAE PASS to start the service.
• Fill out the application form.
• Attach the required documents.
• Pay the application fees.
• Submit the application.
• Upon approval of the advertisement, the customer pays the advertisement fees The customer mention / print the advertisement license number on the approved designs based on the approval date and the license expiry.

conditions-and-requirements

• A valid marketing authorization for the medical product intended to be advertised must be issued by the Authority. This requirement does not apply to products that are exempt from marketing authorization as stipulated in Clause (3), Article (5) of Decree-Law No. (38).
• The applicant must be a licensed pharmaceutical or healthcare establishment.
• The advertising material must be accurate, non-misleading, and substantiated by evidence that reflects the approved information and indications of the medical product.
• The advertising material must clearly disclose any associated risks or side effects related to the medical product.
• The content must comply with all additional requirements and controls applicable to promotional advertisements, based on the intended audience — whether healthcare professionals or the general public — in accordance with the Executive Regulations of Decree-Law No. (38)
